Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens! However, to ensure fairness and respect for our tutors' time and other families on the schedule, we ask that you follow the guidelines below when canceling or rescheduling a session.
Cancellation Notice
● At least 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session without penalty.
● Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
● No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling
● Sessions can be rescheduled one time, free of charge, if done at least 12 hours in advance.
● To reschedule, use your online booking portal or contact us directly at [Your Email].
Refunds
● If a session is canceled properly (12+ hours’ notice), you may choose to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
● No refunds will be given for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Emergency Situations
We understand emergencies happen. If an illness, emergency, or unexpected issue occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.
