● Student name, age, and grade level

● Parent or guardian contact information (email, phone number, address)

● Academic performance data (grades, areas of need, IEP goals)

● Payment and billing details

● Session activity (time, date, notes, and recordings)

We use your information to:

● Schedule and manage tutoring sessions

● Match students with appropriate tutors

● Communicate with parents and guardians

● Monitor student progress

● Send invoices and process payments

● Provide support and service improvements

  3. Session Recording & Storage

To enhance learning and accountability, each tutoring session may be recorded using secure video-conferencing software.

Purpose of Recording:

● For students to review past lessons independently

● For parents/guardians to monitor progress and instruction quality

● For tutors to reflect and improve teaching strategies

Access and Storage:

● Recordings will be stored in a secure cloud-based platform

● Each session will be uploaded to the student’s private account or parent portal within 24–48 hours

● Only the student, parent/guardian, and assigned tutor will have access to the recording

● Recordings are not shared with any third parties without explicit consent

● Recordings will be retained for up to 90 days unless requested otherwise by the parent/guardian

By enrolling in services with Ay'Miracle's Academics, you consent to the recording of tutoring sessions for the purposes stated above. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing; however, doing so may limit access to reviewable content.

  4. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data and take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. This includes encrypted storage, password-protected files, and secure payment processing systems.

We do not sell or share your personal information with outside parties, except when required by law or necessary to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors).

  5. Parental Rights and Consent

For all students under 18, parent or guardian consent is required for data collection, session recordings, and continued use of our services. Parents have the right to request access to session notes, recordings, and any academic updates related to their child.

  6. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or business practices. You will be notified of any major changes via email and our website.
